HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Australia: Free Standard Shipping including transport insurance for all orders over $150
Rest of the world: Free Economy Shipping for all orders over $200
WILL MY PRINT ARRIVE SAFELY?
Yes! We ship our art prints in custom heavy duty cardboard tubes & boxes that are wrapped and sealed. To date we have had no damages sending these to our customers. If for some reason there is damage, we will replace it for you.
GENERAL
HOW LONG CAN I STORE MY ART PRINT IN THE TUBE?
We recommend framing your print as soon as possible, however, if you intend on storing it for some time, we would encourage you to take your print out of the tube and store it flat in a dry place.
CAN YOU DO CUSTOM PRINTS?
YES we do custom prints! Including size variations. Danelle often works on original pieces for clients too. If you have an original art work or a custom print request feel free to email hello@danellemessaike.com.

HOW OFTEN ARE NEW ITEMS RELEASED?
We release one to two seasonal collections a year. We do also release limited edition & original artworks in between those months, best bet is to follow us on social media to find out when our limited edition products are released. Our Instagram account @danellemessaike
WHO DOES ALL YOUR ART WORK?
All of our artwork are hand painted by artist Danelle Messaike's in her Studio in Melbourne, Australia. Original paintings by Danelle are her original hand painted works of art. Prints are reproduced from Danelle's original artwork in to open or limited edition fine art prints or textiles.
REFUNDS
DO YOUR ACCEPT REFUNDS?
Due to the nature of our Artwork we do not except returns or exchanges for change of mind.

The shipping services we use are via well know courier services for Australian & International postage.
